The questions we get most.
Yes. We work directly with most insurance providers and handle the claim paperwork with them, so you are not the one chasing it. Some window motor and regulator work and some paint protection film coverage also goes through insurance, so ask when you call.
If we can get to a rock chip before it runs into a crack, we repair it with a high-quality resin rather than replacing the glass. If a repair we did later fails at that chip, we credit the price of the repair toward your replacement windshield.
Same-day service in many cases. We also custom-order factory glass when a vehicle needs an exact OEM match, which takes longer to arrive but gets the fit and the tint band right.
Mobile service is available for windshield chip repair and for headlight restoration. Full glass replacement, tint, film and ADAS calibration are done at the shop at 13625 B St, where we can control temperature, dust and cure time.
Often, yes. Advanced Driver Assist Systems read the road through a camera mounted to the glass, and repairs involving steering and suspension, mirror replacement or headlight replacement can also put the system out. ADAS is there to prevent accidents, so it has to be calibrated to be worth anything. We calibrate in house.
